Microsoft team and HP team cannot solve the problem of how to disable or remove virtual keyboard from start up and also some other sites I log in to

Seems odd.
The use of the virtual / on-screen-keyboard is generally controlled in Ease of Access
Windows 10
Control Panel > icon view > Ease of Access
Windows 11
Settings > Accessibility > Section "Interaction" > Keyboard > On-screen keyboard = Slide OFF or ON
Using the On-Screen Keyboard should be optional.

Example - Method #6 Start On-Screen-Keyboard (OSK) at login screen

If support did not find a cure to the errant setting,
Did not one or the other support team suggest reloading the Windows Operating System?
Nothing in the computer hardware would force the use of the virtual keyboard, particularly on "some websites".
If you don't find any other answers and assuming Support die not botch the rest of the updates and checks, consider reloading your OS.
