I have an HP Pavillion 570-p023w running Windows 10 (64-bit) that needs a complete reinstall due to having been hacked. I don't want to take the chance doing a reset off the harddrive in case whatever was put on the machine is still there afterward, because I don't know how to remove it. Is there any way to get a recovery disc for this computer? Or would anyone know of a place where I could get one?

Hi:
You can use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive.

If you have to use the tool on another PC to create the installation media, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window to create the recovery media.
Your PC's product number is: Z5N85AA#ABA
