Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When i started up my desktop i got question about if i wanted that it in a way should communicate or be in touch whith my phone. I d'not know what it is called. I want to know how reset/exit from this. (If here is right place to ask about this)

Maybe it is asking about "Sync".

 

The following article explains and shows how to disable sync to other devices.
