When I try to power up my desktop I somehow taken to BIOS to enter password and it didn't let me get into my desktop to login successfully not sure what password I need to enter, it gives me error "stop code:Inaccessible BIOS device"

The "INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE" error on a Windows laptop usually indicates that the operating system is unable to access the hard drive that contains the Windows files required to start up.

This could be due to several reasons for this error to occur, including hardware or software issues.

Let me share a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue.

Check for loose connections: First, check to make sure that all connections between the hard drive and the motherboard are secure. Turn off the laptop, unplug it from the power source, and remove the back cover to access the hard drive. 
Check that the cables are connected firmly and reseat them if necessary.


Boot in safe mode: Try to boot the laptop in Safe Mode to determine if there are any software issues causing the error. To do this, restart your computer and repeatedly press the F8 key until the Advanced Boot Options screen appears. 
Select Safe Mode from the list of options and hit Enter.


Check for disk errors: Use the built-in Windows Check Disk utility to scan for errors on the hard drive. To do this, boot into Windows Recovery Environment by repeatedly pressing F11 key at boot-up, select "Troubleshoot", then "Advanced options", then "Command Prompt". 
Once in Command Prompt, type "chkdsk /f /r C:" (without quotes) and press Enter. Replace "C" with the appropriate drive letter if necessary.


Repair boot files: Use the built-in Windows Bootrec tool to repair any damaged boot files. 
To do this, boot into Windows Recovery Environment as in step 3 above and in Command Prompt type "bootrec /fixmbr", "bootrec /fixboot", "bootrec /rebuildbcd" (without quotes) and press Enter after each command.

 

Reinstall Windows: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, you may need to reinstall Windows on your laptop. 
Make sure to backup your important data before proceeding with this step.
