Dear HP Support Team,

We have observed an issue after updating to the latest BIOS version on HP Engage Go Mobile System devices. Specifically:

  • After the BIOS update, some devices get stuck on the display screen following the first reboot.
  • Additionally, network connectivity often fails immediately after the first reboot.
  • Performing a second reboot typically resolves both the display and network connectivity issues.

Could you please confirm if this is a known issue for HP Engage Go Mobile System models? If so, kindly share any official documentation, recommended troubleshooting steps, or patches to address this behavior.
