Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

I cannot install windows 10 PRO in HP elitedesk 800 g4 because keyboard and mouse do not work.

He start reading windows 10 via USB PEN and show the firt screen for install windows 10, but keyboard and mouse do not work.
I think the problem is that the USBs are 3.1

Can someone tell me how to make the windows installer know how to work with USB 3.1?

Is there any way to change the BIOS or is there any software?

when i am in the BIOS software the keyboard and mouse work perfectly

@BueCollas -- keyboard and mouse do not work. I think the problem is that the USBs are 3.1

 

Do you have any USB 2 ports on your computer? If so, connect your keyboard/mouse to those ports.

 

Do you have a USB "hub" that is USB 2, not USB 3?  If so, connect that hub to your computer, and connect your keyboard/mouse to the hub.
