Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

After installation of Windows 11 on this computer, system goes to sleep after 5 seconds of operation. Apparently HP does not have a driver for Windows 11.

Hi

 

Have you checked Power Options in Control Panel?

 

You should be able to change sleep settings to desired limits.

 

A new Windows install will have low sleep time limits.

 

W11 is W10 with the latest Intel CPU enhancements for efficiency cores, UI improvements, and security changes.

 

Your HP PC can do W11 if you can install it. Intel 8th gen CPUs and the Intel 300 series chipsets support W11.
