Hi

Now I can see the picture....  Can you make a DVD?

W7 will not normally install from a USB flash drive, you need extra drivers and steps.  It works from a DVD.

Research the USB drivers for your PC.

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-hardware/a-required-cddvd-device-driver-...

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Prepare an USB flash drive and go to Microsoft official web site to build a Windows 7 USB installation disk.
  2. Click here to download Windows USB Installation Tool.
  3. Unzip the file and execute WindowsImageTool.
    1. Make sure Windows 7 USB installation disk is plugged in.
    2. Select [None-Add USB drivers] in Source Path.
    3. Choose Windows 7 USB installation disk in Destination Path.
    4. Click [Start] to run and [Close] when the procedure is done.
  4. Insert the Windows 7 USB flash drive to the computer you intend to install Windows 7.
  5. Turn on the computer and press [F12] during POST to enter boot menu.
  6. Select the Windows 7 USB flash drive to start installation procedure.

Didn't help

I cope 16 files into flash, begin install winodws  and Installer didn't recognize dirvers.

I think, the main reason is that it's *.exe packed files(executing package), and installer waiting for native *.drv (or other) files.
