Product: HP LaserJet Pro M402n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have been getting the same error message for months and I'm unable to delete the driver update.  The error message is: "Install error - 0x80070103 - Hewlett-Packard - USB - 4/8/2019 12:00:00 AM - 1.0.0.237 ".   Would uninstalling my HP LaserJet M402n, rebooting and reinstalling work?

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

Doing the printer uninstall might fix the problem.

 

How do things look in Control Panel>Device Manager?

 

Is this printer giving you grief?
