How do I install windows 10 on a clean hard drive using a USB thumb drive?

Install Windows 10 using a USB Drive (Media Creation Tool) (youtube.com)

 

No need to go into the BIOS to change the boot order.

 

To boot from the USB flash drive turn on or restart the PC.

 

Immediately press the ESC key to get the menu of options.

 

Select the F9 boot options menu and from there select the USB flash drive with Windows on it and press the enter key.

 

There will be no need to enter a product key as that is encrypted in your PC's BIOS.
