hello I bought this all in one pavillion from somebody and I decided to reset everything so I did but then a the the HP loading screen an error pops us saying i need to restart it and something went wrong I press okay and it keep going in a non stop loop I tried the shift f10 and won’t work please help me

If the reset is failing, you can always start over with the install media to clean things up.

If you post the model number, this PC might be able to use the HP Recovery tool.

Assuming this is Windows 10 for the discussion.  If you cannot use the HP Recovery tool, then make the install media.

If you need the install media for Windows 10, you can make it from this Microsoft download.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

With a working PC, scroll down to the "Using the tool to create installation media"
and then follow the directions. You can make either the DVD or USB.  Boot to this new media, Use this new media to install Windows 10.


When the install asks for the product key, click the "I don't have a product key" option to continue,
then the install will continue. It will be activated once it connects to the internet, as it uses a digital key.
