Product: HP All in One 24-e0XX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A third party app will download but install won't start.  Disabled all security (antivirus/defender) and ensured all registers are clear.  Any idea why it won't begin installation?

This is just a self-help Community staffed mostly by volunteers.
We have no capability for debugging problems with third-party (i.e., non-HP) applications.
For help with those app issues, you have to contact the vendor of the application or their support forum.
