Hi:
Below is the link to the HP Quickspecs for your PC.
HP Desktop Pro A G1 Microtower Business PC
It does not appear that any of the supported processors are W11 capable and you can't add a TPM 2.0 security device.
If you want to try out W11 on your PC, it is relatively easy to do...
I would make a system image of your current W10 installation prior to updating to W11, so you can easily reinstall W10 in the future. I used the free Macrium Reflect software to do that, under the Backup at Home section.
Along with the system image, make sure you create the bootable DVD or USB rescue drive you boot from to access the system image stored on your portable hard drive.

First make this registry change...
https://www.hellpc.net/how-to-bypass-tpm-and-cpu-requirements-windows-11-upgrade-unsupported-pc/
Then download the Windows 11 ISO file (3rd option), not the W11 installation assistant.
Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)
Then open the file with Windows explorer, and click on the setup application.
To do that, right click on the ISO file and select 'Open With' and select Windows Explorer.
See the screenshot...this is what you will see when you open the file with Windows Explorer.
After you double click to run the setup application, you will get this window, and you can now upgrade to W11.
You just have to accept the agreement that comes up during the upgrade process about your PC not meeting the requirements, etc., etc..
My unsupported W11 PC's got all of the W11 updates.
I have upgraded 5 of them to W11 and they seem to run a little better on W11 than they did on W10.
However, I don't know how long they will continue to get all of the updates, or what will happen when the new build of W11 comes out next year in October.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HELP AND SUPPORT !!!
I am sorry ! I don't see your screenshots !!!
I have HP Desktop Pro A MT.I tried to enable TPM through BIOS, but I can not find a suitable tab.
1,Maybe there is no TPM point in the BIOS of my computer?
2,Can I turn on TPM on my computer?
3,Will I be able to install Windows 11 if TPM is not enabled?
For a better understanding, I attached screenshots.

You're very welcome.
Your PC probably does not have a TPM if you have no settings in the BIOS's security menu to enable it.
Also, it would show up under a security devices category as a TPM 2.0 device.
Your PC may only have the AMD PSP security device listed there.
I have found a better way to get W11 installed...

Use Rufus and make a bootable USB installer with the ISO file you downloaded.
There is a new option to create an installer that is supposed to bypass the W11 hardware checks.
After you make the installer, open the file contents, and double click on the setup application and see if that works.
Here is the link to the Rufus download. You want the version 3.17 portable.
Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way
Here is a screenshot for how you should let Rufus set up the ISO file...
If for some reason, that doesn't work either, you can use the bootable USB installation flash drive you created with Rufus and clean install W11.
That will definitely work.

Understand -- as I have the same situation with an old laptop that meets almost none of the Win11 hardware requirements.
But -- we're living on "borrowed time" -- let me explain ...
MS has relented, for now, in enforcing Win11 hardware requirements -- but they already have the code to check hardware because they provide that as a downloadable utility. It would take little effort to package that as a Security Update, push it to the PCs, and after a reboot, we get messages that our PCs are disabled and we have to reinstall Win10 from scratch to get a working PC back.
I'm OK because I have a full image backup of the laptop running Windows 10 -- which would take me 5 minutes to restore. Most folks don't even know what that means and will end up with a nonworking PC -- and no simple way to restore it.
So, enjoy it while you can -- but do not expect it to last long.

Hi:
Look in the device security menu and see if there is a TPM setting in there.
I gave you the instructions yesterday for how to install W11 using Rufus, which will bypass the W11 hardware checks and allow you to upgrade.
If you prefer, you can use the Rufus bootable USB to clean install W11 as well.

You're very welcome.
For all of the unsupported PC's I have installed W11 on, it seems to work better on them then W10 did.
Since I don't own your PC, I can't say how well W11 will work, which is why I recommend making a system image using Macrium reflect, so you can easily go back to W10 if either the PC doesn't work at least as good as it did on W10, or Microsoft makes it impossible in the future for us to continue to run W11 on an unsupported PC.
Some of the PC's I've installed W11 on are at least 8 years older than yours is.
So far, I couldn't be happier with how they work on W11.
