Hello. My product is PC HP Pavilion TP01-2034ur [4D8Q5EA]. I am trying to install new videocard Geforce 3050 RTX but my PC does not see it (though videocard's power is on). I think I should change something in Bios (PCI etc) but I cannot get into advanced Bios settings. Help me out please!

According to the spec for your system you have a 180 watt power supply.
The RTX-3050 4gb version requires 250 watts and has a 6 pin power header.
Are you using an external power supply to supplement the 180 watts or is your RTX-3050 different from the one I listed at Tech Power Up?

Thank you!
I assume you have an add2psu relay or something equivalent and the system always turns on before the external power supply turns on.
There is a May 2022 drivers release for NVidia at the HP site.
Please run msinfo and report the BIOS versoin and date an also the baseboard id as shown in below example
If you have baseboard product 8906 you may want to upgrade to Aug 15, 2022
Do not attempt to update the bios if there is any problem with motherboard. Remove that graphics card if doing and update. It is also dangerous to update the bios.
