I use Photoshop and its telling me ....but HP tells not to update. or updates not supported.
What should I do so that I can use the processor I paid for in my laptop
Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows*
Installing this graphics driver from Intel will remove customizations from your computer manufacturer (OEM)
If a newer graphics driver is available from Hewlett-Packard (HP), we recommend that you install that driver instead. To learn more about installing an Intel driver on your OEM system, refer to this article.

Hi @M-3,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
In general, when it comes to graphics drivers on laptops, it's often recommended to use the drivers provided by HP
Here are some steps you can take:
Check HP Support: Visit the HP support website for your specific laptop model and check if there are any graphics driver updates available. If there are, download and install them.
Driver Settings: Sometimes, performance or compatibility issues can be resolved by adjusting settings within the existing graphics driver. Check the graphics settings on your laptop.
Backup: Before making any changes, especially if you're considering installing a driver directly from Intel, it's a good idea to create a system restore point or backup your important data. This way, if something goes wrong, you can easily revert to a previous state.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.-
