Intel Core i9 CPU to Replace Intel Core i5 10400 in my Envy Desktop?

My desktop Envy OS is Win 11 Pro, it has a 16 gig Optane Me module and 32 gigs of 3200 ghz RAM and an Nvidia 1050Ti GPU. Boot drive and a 1 Tb SSD, a 2nd 1Tb SATA SSD. There is an 8 Tb W-D External HDD.
