Hi @Brirev

Welcome to the HP Forum.

I can't  say for sure if the following action will help; try installing the latest BIOS for your PC, if you have not done this, available at this HP Site.

Doing the BIOS update is your decision. Be patient when doing a BIOS update, don't interrupt this update and loss of power during a BIOS update can corrupt the BIOS.

There are security fixes in this BIOS update so it would be a recommended BIOS update.

Then try sp151051.exe again.

Hi, thanks for the prompt response.  The latest BIOS R21 version (2351.5.48.0) was installed 14 Mar 2024

When I run HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (HP Image Assistant 5.2.1) - results:

I downloaded all 3 - but none of them would install

SP144825 - I ran the exe file, a CMD window appeared

SP142268  - I ran the exe file, a CMD window appeared

sp151051 - I ran the exe file, no CMD window

Hi @Brirev

My pleasure.

It looks like you are having a System Admin problem.

Start a new thread in the HP Forum, Business PC Board.

You should get better results there.

Regards
