I have been having issues lately with extremely long boot up times (2.5 minutes), as well as error message in device manager of IMEI. All drivers and windows are current.
In device manager the Intel(R) Management Engine Interface device status : This device cannot start. (Code 10), STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE
This current driver is dated 4/3/18, ver 11.7.0.1057
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8D3A&SUBSYS_2B3A103C&REV_05\3&11583659&0&B0
I tried uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling but same issue.
Appreciate a solution to this issue.
Many thanks.

When did you upgrade your machine to Windows 10 ? Windows updates or HPSA should install new driver for you. Now, please try
(a) Download the following file and save on your computer
(b) Unzip file and install
Regards.

Hi, thanks for your reply, but
Unzipped and tried to install, but received an error message(The setup program ended prematurely because of the following error. This platform is not supported. Click here to open log file location) and was unable to install. So problem is still unsolved at the moment. I upgraded to Win10 maybe over 1-2 years ago.....Any suggestions?
Thanks
