HP Touchsmart 610, originally came with Windows 7 Home Premium, I upgraded to Windows 10 (64 bit) and the Internet will not connect, it didn't work before the upgrade either, however, I had recently Factory Reset it to fix a graphics issue, and after that problem resolved, this one appeared. I don't know where any internet drivers are, nor can I check for updates on the computer. I need help figuring out what, and why, it won't connect to Wi-Fi. It doesn't work on normal Wi-Fi, nor a mobile hotspot.

Drivers are here and either 7 or 8 can be used

I believe your system uses the Broadcom WiFi and is 610-1000 series

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp59001-59500/sp59334.exe

 

if not then look in the device manager and see what chip i used for WiFi
