Officially it isn't supported by HP for W10 because it was made prior to the August 2013 cutoff date for W10 support.

Looking at the hardware specs, it should be able to run W10 for the most part.
There are two potential issues you might face...the audio may not work on W10, and the Ralink wifi card may not work on W10.

There is a W10 audio driver that usually gets the IDT audio to work on most models, but I can't guarantee that it will work on yours.
The Ralink wifi adapter does have W10 drivers but that model wifi card seems to have issues with the newest releases of W10, such as v1709 and v1803.
