Is it true that Microsoft is going to update Intel chips that are unsupported, for secure boot enabled in windows10-64 bit to make them able to upgrade to windows 11 in 4 to 6 months?

That is a question that only Microsoft can answer.
Microsoft Communities may be a better place to pose that query.

I haven't read any info like that from Microsoft or all of the Windows 11 forums out there.
I highly doubt they will back down from their current requirements since it has been 3 years now since W11 was introduced to market.
They would have done it by now.
The only thing I read was that they were torn where to draw the cutoff--was between the Intel 8th gens or 7th gens and they decided, despite much argument and pushback from customers to allow the 7th gens to be included, to go with the 8th gens.
Microsoft will support some, but not most, 7th-gen Intel Core CPUs in Windows 11 | Ars Technica
