have no problems running hp8300 under windows 10 pro with tpm 1.2. The questions the Hp8300 processor be updated to tpm2.2?

The TPM 1.2 security device your PC has cannot be upgraded to 2.0.

 

The 800 G2 with the Intel Skylake processors was the first model in the Elite 8000/800 series that supported such an upgrade.

 

If you want to install W11 on the PC, it should work just fine.

 

I'm running W11 24H2 on two HP 8200 Elite CMT's with no problems at all.
