Pavillion P6000
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I'll be leaving our cable environment, and will have only wireless service.  Is my computer capable of wireless connectivity?

It's a Pavillin P6000, model P6710f.

According to the support page for that PC, it does have a wireless card installed

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-pavilion-p6700-desktop-pc-series/5035348/model/5049539/docum...

802.11 b/g/n  Operating band: 2.4 GHz

So yes, it should already support WiFi connection.

Thank you, "old man" for your research and sharing it.  I happen to be one of those low-tech guys living in a high-tech world, so really appreciate you and those like you who are willing to help!  -mike-
