I have the same question, These answers are not useful.

Our HP 30L shows as compatible when running the compatibility software, but the upgrade doesn't show in Windows Update and the downloading the installer then fails. Guessing HP isn't ready and blocks the installer?

HP should post info especially for recently purchased machines.

Given it is compatible, you can wait Microsoft to deploy Windows 11 to your machine or simply download Windows 11 and install yourself:

 

         https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11

 

Please note: If you wish to keep users files/data and programs, you have to tick Keep ...
