Does the HP Victus 15L Gaming Desktop TGO2-0013w have a DVD drive?  If not can one be added? and How?

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

I don't see an optical drive in the specs at this HP Site.

 

Consider a USB 3 external CD/DVD drive if you need one. It looks like you will have to use front I/O for USB 3 devices.

 

I don't see any USB 3 I/O at the rear of the case. The back I/O shows four USB 2 ports. Look at I/O ports on your PC at this HP Site.

 

Check Amazon or other online retailers for options.
