Isn't the Oblisk diamond on the front of my OMEN Oblisk 785-0014 PC supposed to LIGHT up? In the OMEN command Center in the Lighting section, it shows the TOWER (1) and the CABINET INSIDE (2).
In both areas I can minapulate the lighting an then APPLY. However only the Inner Cabinet lights are enabled. IDoes this mean something wasn't plugged in or never was there for the TOWER?
The Diamond logo on my tower looks to be " chrome " like .....not translucent like to let color light pass through it... Is that correct? Thank you in advance for any help on this.

Welcome to the HP Support Community @PGHJIM
Yes it should if the lighting bar is installed???
If it is then the cable could have been disconnected at the Lighting Control Module. (CN4)
Then again it may not be installed???

Thank you for the pictures you sent. I located and identified the lighting control module in my cabinet. Also second photo, I believe this to be the wire leading up for the front tower light? If so How do I check this ? Or should I let the GEEK Squad at Best Buy do it. I'm not as familar with this without some detailed instruction....PGHJIM

Yes, it is supposed to light up. You can even use the OMEN Command Center to make it a different color than the case lighting.
OFF TOPIC: For some reason, I can't post my own question. I'd like to know how to fix that or whom to email about it?

THANK YOU REO, Those Videos you sent MADE MY DAY! I was able to open up my cabinet and I then unplugged the wire for the front light and plugged it back in as I suspected (hoped) it was just loose. It was! I now have my front panel light WORKING!
I wish I could SHAKE YOUR HAND for helping me. I didn't know what to do till you showed me the way. Thank you again. Problem Resolved......PGHJIM
