Hello there, I hope you are doing well.
I have a problem with Windows Hello, I can't remove the fingerprint and PIN, if I try to fix it, I see a message (currently unavailable try again later).
everything is updated, the device is still under warranty.
Did anyone face this issue?
Does anyone know the solution?

Welcome to the HP Forum.
Why do you want to remove the fingerprint and PIN?
I use a PIN and can disable this option (go back to a password) in Settings>Accounts>Sign-in options.

You should be able to sign in to Windows using a password if Windows Hello is not working.
You should be able to go back to a password using: Settings>Accounts>Sign in options.
