So I was on my computer when the electricity went out and now when I tried turning it back on it said "error reading disc" and will not reboot at all. I can't even get it to boot up in safe mode. I've done everything I know to do, I don't have a recovery disc, nor do I know how. I'm not very computer savvy. Could someone please help me or give me some advice that doesn't sound like a foreign language to me. Thank you in advance
