Having an issue with wireless keyboard and mouse for my Ai pc ..these tech support idiots are really irritating . Ive done all the useless troubleshooting steps and they still refuse to replace ny keyboard and mouse . They want me to run a system recovery to see if it resolves the issue even though I told them I've tried it on another pc and have another set connected this desktop. If you have any knowledge or technical anything you would know that reinstalling the usb dongle will not solve left click not working or middle keys not typing.  Im sick and tired of paying money for things and have to get aggravated to use a warranty. This better be fixed asap .  Case number 5153096807..and keyboard and mouse part number 928925-001

I think you probably have a wireless: keyboard and mouse problem based upon the troubleshooting steps you have done.

HP Support will not do an RMA until you back up data and do a Windows system reset or a HP Cloud Recovery.

It's your choice. I would play ball with HP Support if you want to do an RMA.

Or use the second wireless mouse/keyboard combo which seems to work with the HP PC. 🤔
