My computer will not tell me change my trustedinstaller

My computer has been having problems working. My trustedinstaller will not let me change it too user and that is holding me back from deleting files and resetting my computer.

The Trusted Installer is a security feature to protect system files. 

If you google for >>Trusted Installer Permission<< you find many workarounds and methods to handle these problems.
