Just purchased my 6th HP computer.  After set-up discovered there is no disc drive on this model.  Had a couple programs I used frequently and like.  One of them also included a digital download - the other one does not.  After surfing - the digital is not available - how can I retrieve

Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

There are two different things you can try:

1) Insert the disk into a drive on another PC, also insert a USB stick. Create a folder on the USB stick and copy the entire contents of the disk to that folder. Insert that USB stick in your PC, and copy the folder to the drive on your PC.  Open that folder and if there is a setup file, run that as Administrator.

2) Purchase a USB-to-Optical-Disk adapter, plug that into your PC, and insert the disk into it.

Good Luck
