Do I have to keep the original boxes just in case I need to send my PC back to HP or will they send something with the courier. I am only asking because the box it came in is rather large and trying to find somewhere to keep it is difficult.

Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

HP has always shipped an empty container to my residence to be used when shipping the device to HP for factory service.

HP's policy in your locale may be different or this policy may have changed.

I have not had to ship a PC to HP USA in about three years.

The shipper should be able to provide proper packaging (for a fee) if HP no longer does this.

Regards
