Keyboard and mouse not working

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can’t get any keyboard or mouse to work on brand new desktop! Worked for awhile then new updates were installed and now I can’t use it!!

While you respond to that, let's try these steps: 

  • Step 1: Remove discs and devices
  • Step 2: Perform a hard reset
  • Step 3: Run hardware diagnostic tests
