Hello,

 

I have a problem with this laptop, the keyboard is disabled, and are not way to enable again, the keyboard works fine in the BIOS system

 

i tried installing the factory image, works for a minutes and the keyboard it´s disabled again.

 

If i install Windows 10 the keyboard works fine, but the screen keyboard in tablet mode is missed.

Intel Human Interface Device Event Filter Driver

Intel Integrated Sensor Solution Driver

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp138501-139000/sp138550.exe
