I have an all in one HP. Came with Win 10 but installed Win 11 as an update. Keyboard keeps defaulting to assume alt gr is pressed whenever I press a key, thus cannot type. This is the same on another keyboard in all usb ports. Have reset and changed language multiple times. I eventually a factory reset and even completely reset the Bios, but the problem still exists. Even on screen keyboard does the same (this is how I realised what was happening with the Alt Gr command as can see it highlighted).
Computer only 2 years old and currently unusable.
would love a solution
