Tried an Air Duster? Otherwise about all that can be done is to replace the keyboard. You did not mention your specific model but there are a number of videos and walkthroughs available for "Pavilion 14"

Depending on the model you may need a small investment in tools or at worse take it to a fixit shop.

some retail offer more than one year
HP has repair also.
1) Click on this link -

2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web form and proceed further.
