How in the heck can one use your method for recovery from Kmode when I cannot even get the computer to turn on? Have had this in the shop 5 times in the last month to get fixed..I do not have another operating system to use...You can chisel in stone....MY last hp......and this one is less than a year old.
My only recourse is to take it to my repairman...

Hello
maybe if you give the exact model of the computer
And what exactly is your problem
That we could try to find a solution
while waiting to reinstall a factory hp computer, if it no longer starts in windows, you can restart using the F11 key
Recovery when Windows 10 does not start correctly

the ID tag says HP pav gaming 790-(0020)
In the middle of operation it will quit and the notice that something is wrong comes up and says it requires a restart which it does on its own, I have no control of the restart.
It does this twice then allows me various options, of which I have done all: system recovery, rebooting, deleting newest updates...it will NOT allow me to do a soft start, I can not do anything other than shut off computer which says KMODE problem. So, how can I other than taking it to the repairman whom uses a different operating system to fix the problem?
Thanks
