Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a Windows 11 laptop that I updated the BIOS on.  It shows the update screen along with the BIOS verification process. The last screen I see is that the screen will update and that the screen may go blank for a period of time.  Well, the screen never shows anything else.  I also cannot access the BIOS screens after the update is completed.  I have been struggling with this for several days, so any help would be appreicated.
