Product: HP Stream - 14-ax030wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I got this hp stream 14 laptop. It had a account so I tried to wipe it. It says undoing changes and never wipes it. You have to update it but I can't access it. While one of the attempts I shut it off. Now when I go on it, the hp logo pops up and it's just Grey with no text. If I click some keys a white box pops up. How do o fix this.
