Laptop will not wake up from sleep only way to resolve is restart. Everything is up to date (drivers, bios and windows). I cannot access the power management tab in device settings nor does change settings come up to access power management tab.
I cannot access the advanced bios as go does not allow that anymore. And I cannot use command prompt to add in sleep/wake functions as that is disabled too.
i have administrative access as it is my personal laptop.

Any solutions? Thanks in advance

@Swaymen -- within "Device Manager", check the "properties" for the keyboard, and enable "allow this device to wake the computer".

Or, while sleeping, does a quick "tap" of the ON/OFF button terminate the sleep?

That option is not in the properties of the keyboard. And the on/off button tap does not work. None of the keys on the keyboard and the trackpad does not work either

I wish this was the case but that tab is non-existent on my laptop. That’s why I posted on here hoping someone knows the solution.
