Hp pavilion all in one

I have model # 23-q242 I don't  use a lot I have had the problem with it turning off in the middle of being on line hp called themself fixing the problem after I had it a year and now again and the warranty  is out I believe I have a lemon. I only use this computer maybe 3 times a year.

Sorry, but I don't have very good news for you ...

1) Warranty repair -- since you have mentioned your warranty has expired, HP would charge you dearly for having your PC diagnosed and/or repaired.  You might be able to do better if you can find a local PC repair shop.

2) Lemon -- while the advent of "lemon laws" was a popular thing LONG AGO (I'm old enough to remember them!), they are more folklore than actual fact.  I had a year of Business Law, so I know something about product liability -- enough to know that consumers almost NEVER win, as they are offered measly settlements to keep the case from ever coming to court. The burden of claiming a product is inherently faulty (i.e., a "lemon") rests entirely on the consumer -- with a typical product liablilty case in the U.S. courts costs easily $40,000 (or more) to bring to trial.  And even then, all the manufacturer has to do is offer some kind of product exchange -- and the case is over! So, you spend $40K and get $500 PC in return (maybe ...)  -- NOT a profitiable venture!
