Hi, I am getting weird lines on the screen and I can't explain it but every site that I open is just fuses with the screen like its always there. If you look closely at the first image, you can see an email logo which was from the sign up page for hp support community, but is now merged on the screen. I have had the screen repaired so I believe it is a software issue, maybe my bios as it was last updated in 2020 but as I am on windows 11, I cant find any update for it.IMG_4097.jpgIMG_4096.jpgIMG_4092.jpg

@Balsarna

I have seen this problem and it is not software nor is it BIOS. It is most likely a failing screen -- but it could also be a failing video chip.

Connect an external monitor.  If the lines appear on it, then the internal video chip is failing and that can not be replaced.

Thank You! But I have send my laptop for repair when it was warranty and they never thought of fixing it. I don't think that's it's fair that now its out of warranty I will have to buy a new one because it could not be replaced. That seems like a manufacturing error, as I have on multiple occasions told HP about the lines and the fact that by fans just go mad loud at times. They would take the laptop in return it after a month and just replace the screen with a new one and the problem hasn't gone away. I made the claim before my warranty expired and I think I do deserve some kind of option.
