Hi:
Your PC may be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use on another Windows PC running W7 64 bit or newer to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility.
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool (Windows 10) | HP® Customer Support
Or you can make a bootable W10 installation flash drive with the Media creation tool.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
If you use the media creation tool to reinstall W10, you can then install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
HP ENVY Desktop - 750-414 Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support
The Windows 10 product key is in your PC's BIOS.
You don't need it to reinstall W10.
