Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How do I unlock my hp 23es monitor. 

 

I tried holding it down for 10sec didn't work.

Unplug and hold it for 30-60sec then plug it in back didn't work.

 

What else can I do.

Don't understand what you mean by the monitor being "locked".

 

Please describe in more detail, including anything that is being displayed on the monitor screen.
