ProDesk 600 G3 SFF

I noticed some suspicious files synchronising via OneDrive but had no warnings from my BitDefender scans. I decided  to reboot my PC in the Diagnostics boot mode, not realising that my Windows PIN would not work when doing this.  I am now unable to login to my Windows 10 desktop and when trying to run Windows recovery program to reset my OS it requires my bitlocker recovery key - I have TPM version 2.0 enabled - but while I have my BIOS user login and admin passwords, I have lost the recovery key.

I know wonder what is the best way to reset my desktop with a clean Windows 10 installation?

From the BIOS settings, Do I clear the TPM and/or the Secure Boot Keys? ...or do I just install a clean version of Windows 10 on top of this?  I want to ensure that I can still access BIOS and TPM settings and such afterwards and am a little concerned that I may make some stupid / unrecoverable changes.
