I've been having problems with my computer being really slow and freezing up. I tried running my antivirus program. I even ran a bootscan. Nothing worked, so I decided to do a reset. I ran the recovery program. It froze at 34%. It stayed there overnight. The next day, I tapped the power button hoping it would unfreeze it. It did. The computer restarted itselfitself and went to the lock screen to sign in. It has not shown a lock screen since I've had it( I bought it a few years ago at Rent-A-Center). I've tried every combination of ID and Password I can remember using, and I'm still locked out. Do you know of any way I can bypass it, or some secret ID and Password I can use to get back in. I don't have a recovery disc for it to run.
