Two days ago I had sent a PRIVATE message to JEFFHELP in response to his query about PC ownership serial number etc.  I have not had response back that I can find.  Can you assure me somehow this matter is still being followed up on?

Problem was resolved as PC OUT OF WARRANTY, but my need continues to be for a copy of Windows Media installer which SHOULD be providable.  Again, there are no broken parts on this PC - the problem is SOFTWARE and/or configuration only.  Is there a way to obtain a copy of the Windows10 install kit?
