@mandaproject, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Login Issues
- Ensure Correct Credentials: Double-check that you are using the correct username and password.
- Password Reset: If you have trouble logging in, you might need to reset your password through your Microsoft account on another device. Visit the Microsoft Recover your account page for more instructions.
Network Disconnects
- Check Network Settings: Make sure your Wi-Fi is enabled and connected to the correct network.
- Reboot Devices: Restart your router and PC to clear any temporary network glitches.
- Update Network Drivers: Ensure your network drivers are up-to-date. Visit the HP Software and Driver Downloads for updates specific to your model.
- Disable Power Saving: Check in the device manager that your wireless adapter is not set to turn off to save power.
Also, you can refer to this guide: HP PCs - Troubleshooting Wireless Network and Internet (Windows 10) | HP® Support
I hope this helps.
