Chrome OS

My HP Chromebox is in a loop.  I enter email and password, screen goes blank, and then it loops back to the same login screen.  One suggestion was to clean cache, but you cannot do that if you can't get past the boot screen.  I have tried Powerwash, hard reset, and resinstalling the OS.  Any other ideas?
