Below is the link to the parts list for your notebook.
The power adapter and cord that goes from the wall socket to the adapter are sold separately.
The power adapter is the first item listed...

The power cord is this one...

What I suggest you do is to see if you can find a genuine used but tested and working HP power adapter and cord on eBay.
Search by the adapter part number, and see if you can find one that comes with the power cord too.
Otherwise you can see if HP has them for sale at the link below.
